Terms of Service
Minne Club
Last updated: 16 May 2026
Welcome to Minne Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Minne Club ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of our website at minneclub.com.au, our member dashboard, and the keepsake book service (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or buying a membership you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Minne Club
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Australian law. By using Minne Club you confirm you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have full authority to upload and share the content of any child featured in your account.
2. Your membership
A Minne Club membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. During that time you can:
Create a private family dashboard.
Add children to your account.
Upload photos, artwork, quotes, letters, and milestones for each month.
Submit your year's content to be printed into a keepsake book at the end of your membership.
Memberships are personal to your household and may not be resold or shared with people outside your family.
From time to time we may offer new or trial features ("Beta Features"). Beta Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed at any time.
3. Fees, billing and renewals
The current membership price is shown at checkout on minneclub.com.au. Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, memberships do not auto-renew. If we introduce auto-renewal in the future we will tell you clearly before you opt in, and you will be able to cancel at any time before the next renewal date.
The cost of one printed keepsake book is included in your membership. Additional copies, premium upgrades, or international shipping (if offered) may incur extra fees, which will be shown before you pay.
4. Refunds
We want you to love your Minne Club year. If something has gone wrong, please email us at hello@minneclub.com.auand we will do our best to make it right.
Within 14 days of purchase, if you have not yet uploaded content or submitted your book, you can request a full refund of your membership.
After 14 days, or once you have started uploading content, refunds are at our discretion and may be pro-rated.
Printed books are personalised goods. Once your book has been sent to print we cannot refund the book portion of your membership, except where the book arrives damaged or contains a printing error caused by us.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantees that goods and services be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in the photos, artwork, words and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the right to upload it.
By uploading Your Content, you grant Minne Club a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, format, reproduce for printing, and make available to you within your private dashboard solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you — for example, arranging Your Content into your keepsake book, printing it, and shipping it to you.
We will not use Your Content for marketing, advertising, training AI models, or any other purpose without your express written permission.
While we take reasonable steps to protect and store Your Content securely, Minne Club is not intended to be your sole backup storage system. We recommend keeping your own copies of all uploaded content.
6. What you can't upload
You agree not to upload content that:
Infringes anyone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
Depicts a child who is not in your care, unless you have permission from their parent or guardian.
Is unlawful, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Contains malware or attempts to interfere with the Service.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms and, in serious cases, suspend or close your account.
7. Your account and security
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Please don't share your password. Tell us straight away at hello@minneclub.com.au if you think someone else has accessed your account.
8. Printing and delivery of your book
At the end of your 12-month membership you can submit your content for printing. We will:
Lay out your content into a keepsake book template.
Send a proof or summary for you to review before printing where practical.
Print one copy of your book and post it to the Australian address you provide.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once a book has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's terms.
If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a reprint at no cost to you.
If you do not submit your content for printing within 60 days after your membership ends, your project may be archived or deleted and we cannot guarantee your ability to access or print your book after that time.
9. How long we keep your content
While your membership is active, Your Content is stored securely so you can access it from your dashboard.
After your membership ends and your book has been delivered, we keep Your Content for a further 6 months so you can renew or order extra copies, and then we delete it from active systems. Backup copies may persist for a short period before being overwritten.
You can ask us to delete Your Content sooner by emailing hello@minneclub.com.au. Deletion requests may take a reasonable period to process, and limited backup copies may remain temporarily for legal, security, or disaster recovery purposes.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and Your Content. By using Minne Club you also agree to our Privacy Policy, available at minneclub.com.au/privacy.
11. Service availability
We work hard to keep Minne Club running smoothly but we do not promise that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
From time to time we may need to take the Service offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
Some parts of the Service rely on third-party providers including hosting, printing, payment processing, and delivery partners. While we carefully choose our providers, we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
13. Our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minne Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data.
While we take reasonable care in providing the Service, you acknowledge that digital services and online storage systems are not completely error-free or uninterrupted.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability to you is limited to, at our option:
Re-supplying the Service or printed book; or
Refunding the amount you paid for your current membership.
